Working as a Communications Consultant I was briefed to build and develop a strategic communications framework that ensured all future marketing worked towards closing the gender diversity gap in the cyber industry.
Specifically working on market research, building personas, writing an effective and sustainable strategy and launching targeted marketing.
White Triangle Agency
Working as a Communications Consultant for White Triangle’s creative team, I worked with their Creative Director on a rebrand for their client. My responsibilities included writing the content strategy for a new website, leading the development of the tone of voice for their client, an established Financial Advisor. As well as collaborating with the founder to create all the copy for their new website.
The project was initiated, created and launched within 3 months.
Utility Warehouse
As a freelance Internal Communications Manager my main project was to write and implement a communications strategy for a new internal Learning and Development programme, Spark. Delivering communications to stakeholders, a toolkit for managers to successfully talk about Spark, and an internal article, email, posters and event for launch.
I also worked on a selection of other projects, analysing the Managers Intranet Hub; building, writing content for and launching the new Hub based on recommendations.
Wrote all internal communications for a new Maternity Pay Policy, Wellbeing survey results and Random Acts of Kindness Day to employees.
Finisterre
Seasuit launch and social media campaign.
Finisterre’s Seasuit was designed by women, for women, to share their love of water. It champions equal access to the ocean for everyone.
I worked on the social media strategy content plan and execution for the launch of the Seasuit. The main aim was to tell the story and generate hype.
The campaign resulted in a huge increase in engagement across all social assets and the campaign content was Finisterre’s most commented posts of all time.

Selfridges
Supporting the Selfridges Transformation Programme in effectively communicating new systems, ways of working, new tools and innovations to the wider business. This included:
Recommending and developing communication strategies
Writing communication plans for a variety of transformational programmes and initiatives.
Creating and delivering innovative communications that drive engagement in the Selfridges Strategy.
I spent 5 years at Lush in a variety of roles across a range of projects. From Global Comms Executive to Senior Executive Comms Manager. My experience here included:

Communicating complex topics to both staff and press
Crisis Comms management
Lead all marketing and communication for the Launch of Lush’s flagship store in Shinjuku, Tokyo. 🇯🇵 Delivering 240 pieces of press coverage, a combined social media reach of 136k and 6k impressions in week 1.
Redefined and wrote a digital marketing strategy for an exclusive product online concept shop and executed all communication plans.
